The blog hits its first month!

Wow, the blog passed through its first month and I didn’t even notice, how lame is that? With everything I’ve learned this past month it seems a lot longer. Windows Server 2003 has been pretty impressive so far. As I mentioned before, just a few bumps in the road with installing PHP and MySql. There was a glitch with the blog today where I couldn’t write anything, but strangely, it seems to have gone away. Not sure what the heck happened. Sometimes computers just don’t make sense.

And in that month I’ve added hundreds of pictures to the site, taken thousands more and have been enjoying photography quite a bit more than before. Not sure if it’s the change in cameras or this site forcing me to have photography on my mind a lot more, but either way, I like it. I’ve done more with the Internet in the past few weeks in getting all this put together than every before. And I think that’s pretty cool too.

I like those guys in the PHP community; they have some really cool software offerings. I’m not sure what’s next on the agenda for the site. I do have some changes as I mentioned and maybe some behind the scenes stuff.

But the photography is coming along. I really wanted to focus more on that for this year and so far it has worked out nicely. We’ll see what this month has in store for me. Hopefully lots of pictures of my kids and whatever else happens to cross my lens.

March is off to a rocketing start, let’s see where we go from here…
