New Picture Galleries
What a fantastic day at the gardens! It’s been nearly a month since I last went out there and today the temperature hovered in the middle 70’s. Clouds threatened to bring rain, but I decided to head out anyway since it wasn’t too hot and the cloud cover would keep the harsh shadows at bay.
I was indeed rewarded! A whole new garden was in bloom. The flowers from before had been replaced with all new varieties. Spectacular colors and beautiful flowers. I was able to get dozens of great macro shots before the rain came sweeping in. I didn’t make it all the way through the gardens so I’m hoping to go back tomorrow and finish.
I’m sure I posted way too many photos, but there were so many I liked from this outing. Hopefully you find them entertaining.
I also posted a gallery about a farm I came across the other day. It was a few miles down the road from my house, but I really enjoyed the green fields with the rolled hay bails. Again, the clouds threatened and there had been a light rain for a few hours. I was hoping to grab some shots with the mist in the field. I don’t know if I really captured the mood of standing out there in the rain, but I believe some of the shots are pretty good.
This is the first update I’ve made to the site in a few weeks. I keep working behind the scenes to keep the site in good working order and I’ve made quite a few small updates about the place.
The Amazon Store is completed with lots of goodies to look through and there are new pictures as well. So have fun!
