More reviews and discussion on the Sigma 18-200mm lens
If anyone is interested, I found a very good thread on http://photography-on-the.net about the Sigma 18-200mm DC OS lens. I am now more firmly convinced this is the walk around lens to get (at least one of them anyway), because of the great range and OS.
It’s not for super high quality production, but for general travel photos and as a catch all lens it looks pretty darn good. It looks like a few online places are already running out of stock.
I’m trying to figure out which lens will fit into my photography more. Do I need the long zoom for the sports or a shorter lens since I just have the kit lens? I’ve just been using the 105mm macro and the sports lens so far. Unless I sell a whole slew of pictures, I’ll be lucky to just get the one.
