Tequila-Lime Grilled Chicken

Description: 6 tender chicken breasts marinate in lime juice and tequila for a summertime favorite. This Light and Delicious recipe is great for the grill or stovetop.
6    boneless skin on chicken breasts   
1/4 cup    tequila,   
1/2 cup    margarita mix   
2 tablespoons    vegetable oil,   
1 teaspoon    salt   
1 Tablespoon    fresh lime juice   
1 teaspoon    dried minced garlic   
2 Tbs    minced onion,   
1 Take a bag of 6 chicken breasts from below and place it in a crock.
2 Zest 1 lime into the bag.
3 Cut the lime in half and squeeze the juice into the bag (watch out for squirting seeds!)
4 Add ¼ cup tequila,
5 1/2 cup margarita mix
6 2 Tablespoons vegetable oil
7 2 Tablespoons minced onions
8 Seal the bag and massage gently to mix.

9 Cooking Directions: Thaw completely. Lightly grease your grill grate. Pre heat your grill to medium high, . Place chicken on your grill . Discard marinade Grill chicken with your grill cover closed , turning several times until internal temperature reaches 165-170°° let stand covered for 10 minutes before serving
10 Can be baked with marinade in a preheated 375 ° oven, for 35-40 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°-170°
