Just finished a 22 mile run on the trainer. I was supposed to go on the group ride this morning, but Donna needed to go to the junk yard for some cars parts. Yep, I said junk yard. I needed to stay home with the youngest and tend to the crockpots while she put on the work gloves and played the role of mechanic. She didn’t bring home a Beetle engine so nothing for me.

I doubt I’ll do a 60 mile tomorrow, maybe just stick with a 30. Of course I’ve said that sort of thing before…
