Merry Christmas, here’s five pounds!

I survived Halloween and Thanksgiving and now here we are at Christmas and of course that means more cooking. And cooking. And cooking.

This time not only are we having turkey, but Donna’s lasagna is on the menu. And a ham. And more desserts. And more loaves of bread. And a new tradition of the Aussie Lamington; a delicious sponge cake, drenched in chocolate and rolled in coconut.

Let the holidays begin!
