Running and Biking

Ok, I’m not a runner. Never have been, never will be. However, with everything I’ve been eating over the holiday I’ve been running on the elliptical machine to try and make amends. I’ve been riding hard for 40 minutes and then jumping onto the elliptical for yet another 40 minutes. Plus, I’ve decided to add the weightlifting back into my routine. It’s not much so don’t get too excited; just a few reps with the curl bar. I figure it can’t hurt.
