Tomorrow we bottle the beer

Just talked with Theo we have a fair bit of work ahead of us to get all this into the bottles. We have to wash and sterilize all the bottles (obviously) and then transfer everything from the carboy to the bucket while trying not to stir it all up and set the sediment in motion. We also have to make sure we understand how to use the siphon so we don’t make one hell of a mess and spill the dreck all over the floor.

We also have to understand the mechanics of using the priming sugar so that we actually get the bubbles into the beer (just like Yahoo Serious was trying to do). We are both fully confident that we’re going to screw something up, make an enormous mess and at least once, one of us will say, "That’s not right!"
