The Aches, I have them!

Did the P90X Ab workout again. It doesn’t feel like I’m really doing anything but egad my muscles are already aching. I tried the same workout last night just to keep the muscles loose and I can really feel it! It’s surprising just how weak my stomach muscles are. And it’s pretty damn obvious I need to do some stretching. My legs are stiff as boards when I put them straight out.
