So far so good

I’ve brought in lunch each day this week and it’s working out nicely. I’ve managed to eat a light but filling breakfast, including my staple of yogurt and then stick with eating my own lunch. It’s not the food it’s just saying no when other people are heading out. Trying to have a reasonable lunch out is getting quite difficult. Normally it’s not a big deal. I would just make up the difference with riding in the evening. But I’ve been eating too much for dinner, I’m not sure why I need that second helping, and that just ruins everything. I need to be more reasonable with lunch so I can keep that buffer. Those calories from the fast food places will sneak up on you and bite you in the ass before you know it.
