I think this has a long way to go before it looks like Corona. This is my latest batch, the Mexican Style Light Lager. Seems a bit muddy don’t you think? I hope this clears up a bit in the next two weeks otherwise we might be looking to change the name.
Nice color though.
As long as it ferments right?
*** Not to worry, fermentation started and the beer has a nice head of foam going. At least it’s beer now and that’s all that matters.
