The 8×10Gallery is all about my photos and helping to show them off. I’m hoping that sometime in the future I can actually turn this hobby into more of a profession. For right now you can actually buy some of my pictures from Blish.com. Also, in the very near future I hope to have most of my pictures at Selective Focus Art. They are a full service Fine Art and Stock Photography studio. I am still building my portfolio and choosing the best images I have.
I decided to put this site on the web to showcase the pictures I’ve taken so far and to give me a hands on way to work with the Internet technologies I’ve babbled about for so long. I’ve supported them for years, but there’s a big difference between saying “Oh, you need to do this, click here, open this” and actually doing it yourself. The website has kept me focused on photography and the blog and discussion forums are a way to learn PHP and MySql. It’s been a very entertaining learning experience. I hope you like the pictures and hopefully you’re amused by my rantings.
If you’re interested in my pictures for use and purchase please let me know. There are plenty of pictures here I don’t have listed for sale but would make great images for newsletters and emails.
