Pictures I took from the Boyce Thompson Arboretum in April of 2006. Arizona is a wonderful place full of fantastic scenery and stunning sunsets. I've been out there each year for the past two years and will hopefully go out there again this year. Yeah, it's hot, but compared to the out of control humidity of the South, it really wasn't a big deal.

I spent a week out there and got to take visits to the Arboretum, Tonto National Forest, Chiricahua National Monument, Tombstone, Bisbee, Boot Hill, and the Saguaro National Forest. It was truly impressive with clear blue skies, a flat landscape where you can see for miles, the vibrant contrast of the green cactus and the red soil. I'll get the rest of the shots loaded on the server in the near future.

I took these with the Sony F828 and I'm hoping to get a chance to try again with the Rebel XTI this year.
